These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Earthmoving Digital Media Ltd website and our creative services ("Services").

Media Production Services

Our Services (Video, Photography, Design) are provided based on a mutually agreed-upon scope of work. We commit to high-quality production standards. Revisions and edits are limited to the amount specified in the contract.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Earthmoving Digital Media Ltd retains ownership of all working files and raw footage. The client is granted a license to use the final deliverables for the agreed-upon purpose (e.g., social media, TV broadcast). Any third-party stock assets used are subject to their respective licenses.

Payment Terms

A deposit is typically required to book production dates. Final delivery of high-resolution assets occurs upon full payment.

Termination & Cancellations

Cancellation of scheduled shoots must be made with 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover crew and equipment costs.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the specified jurisdiction.
